By definition, gypsum is a soft mineral consisting of hydrated calcium sulfate. Its crystal varieties include selenite, desert rose, satin spar and alabaster. Metaphysically, gypsum creates mental calming and an understanding of thoughts to help move you forward with focus and clarity.

Gypsum and its powers form a real connection with my soul, my purpose and my creative expression through my work. That's why I named my business after it 🙃

I use a Selenite Charging Plate to set my necklaces on after being worn, for at least overnight, to cleanse the crystals and repel negativity. I also love to use a Selenite Point to cleanse and rest my rings on 💍
